Foldable Hitch Cargo Carrier Mounted Basket Luggage Rack with 2 Receiver 500 LBS

  
I added an aluminum foldable tailgate extender to a standard hitch hauler. This keeps your stuff from flying out of it and also allows you to securely fasten your items to the rack. I've used this rack quite a few times over the years, works well. The foldable hitches not included.

There are taillights with a 4 wire plug mounted to it as well so you can you have additional warning to those behind you. This will fit the standard 2 receiver. I can meet within a reasonable distance.
