This rack is a customer return that was sent back because the locking mechanisms on the two main assemblies broke (see photo #6 above). It was also missing the bolts and washers that are used to attach the three main pieces together. The rack can still be serviceable if the missing hardware is replaced (either through Thule or most any major hardware store) and the user foregoes the locking feature.
