This is a used Thule Terrapin 684 hitch mounted cargocarrier. It has a steel frame and aplastic clamshell cargo container. It is in excellent condition with a fewscratches, but is completely serviceable and ready to be put to use.

13 cubic feet of lockable cargo space. Will keep contents dry and dust free. Running, brake and turn signal lighting that plugs into standardtrailer receptacle. Swings away for easy access to back door of vehicle.

Much better than a tilting carrier which onlyallows the back door of your vehicle to open, but makes it difficult to gainaccess to the back of your vehicle. Class 3 trailer hitch with 2 receiver.
